Wanted: Mid-size stroller Offer: Vintage Stroller May 27, 2008
Offer: Navy Peg Pegero infant stroller - vintage?
We were looking for a stroller to be a spare when a really nice person was kind enough to give us a peg pegero that they weren’t using. The limiting factor is that it does not fold flat enough to fit in the trunk of our car. I was going to give it away to a friend at work who needs baby things, but found out that she has one and that the size would limit her also. It would be good for Grandma’s house or for a daycare with an infant. It is navy with some wear and fading on the fabric. Comes will all fabric including canopy and boot. It has a REAL metal basket along the bottom and white wheels with fenders. Did I mention that the infant faces the person pushing? This is why I call it an “infant stroller”. I don’t know if the handle can go the other way. The seat is big enough for a toddler and does adjust.
Wanted: We are still looking for a simple, mid-sized stroller for ourselves. Nothing fancy, but functional and clean (or can be cleaned). I am pretty handy at cleaning these things up. Something bigger than an umbrella stroller but not like the full size Graco. Even it is really hard to get in and out of our car trunk and is too bulky for our needs these days.
We would appreciate even a “curb alert” or if you know of one being given away.
Available: We also have an extra umbrella stroller that is really nice. Was $25.00 new and is in excellent condition with a canopy. One buckle is broken, so would be best for a child old enough to not jump out. You can also just use an alternate belt.
Have a great night.
