Free rocks June 14, 2008

We have a lot of rocks in our backyard.  They are all about the siz of tennis balls, or baseballs.  Light grey colour.  Sorry, I don’t know a lot about rocks.  I’ve seen them for sale though in garden shops.  We don’t need them, so if someone wants to take them for free for their garden, you are more then welcome to them.

WANTED: Junk removal, dishwasher fixed

We have a few items that need to be removed from our property.  A rotted dresser, wooden swing, and old sump pump.  We also have a dishwasher that needs to be repaired.  The dishes aren’t coming out clean anymore.

We have in exchange a corner IKEA shelving unit, a butcher block with pot rack, also from IKEA.  I can send along photos if anyone is interested.  We have movie passes for two that include drinks and popcorn.  DVD’s, some still in the packaging.

Any help we could get would be wonderful.

Please email woogirl2@yahoo.com

Thanks!

IDEA: Swap Meet

Filed under: Swap — KelKat @ 8:21 am

Is anyone interested in getting together for a “swap meet” - essentially - a community concept of bringing some things to a central location and then leaving with some new things.  For example, I have two tables of stuff out on Rodgers road and I would sure rather be using my time to give these things to people who can use them and then maybe picking up a few things that my family could use in the process.

Today is probably too soon - but if anyone has ideas….
